Not exactly what I expected

The stunning view from our spacious balcony accompanied by the large, well-appointed room made for a delightful stay while the attentive staff showcased their pride in the property.

The restaurant's meal quality varied significantly, leading us to feel underwhelmed at times. additionally, there were cleanliness issues that disrupted our comfort.

During my stay, I faced numerous issues starting with the check-in process. The bar and restaurant service was particularly disappointing, as the staff seemed inattentive and I had to approach them multiple times. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was a letdown. the floors appeared dusty and there were signs of neglect in maintenance, making my stay feel less than premium.
